In our recent club survey, we asked clubs if they were planning club maintenance in the next 12 months. Many clubs indicated that they were planning work.

 

We know the difficulty organising companies to do work/surveys on courts, as the main ones are UK based. So we want to see if we can help clubs coordinate work schedules etc. and maybe pool surveys/work over 1 or 2 weeks so costs are reduced for clubs.

 

We are organising a webinar for clubs on Wednesday July 24th at 7pm to discuss how we may be able to help with coordinating surveys and actual maintenance work. You are invited to attend. If you are going to attend, email info@irishsquash.com for the meeting link.

 

Unfortunately there isn’t any grant aid for this work at present. Hopefully there will be a new Sports Capital grant scheme from the Dept of Sport in early 2025, where clubs can apply for financial help.
